Quality Assurance
Professional Quality Control System
EOSYS is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified and recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise. Our in-house laboratory performs tests according to EN1303 standards, demonstrating deep understanding of European security requirements.
Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials must comply with RoHS standards. Each batch undergoes spectrometer testing to verify composition. Non-conforming materials are sent to third-party labs for precise analysis before warehouse admission.
First Article Inspection
Before mass production, first articles are verified using optical projectors and custom gauges. Production only proceeds after full dimensional and functional approval.
2-Hour Interval Audits
During production, critical dimensions are inspected every 2 hours. If any non-conformance is detected, the entire 2-hour batch is rejected and production restarts to standard.
Tooling Control Management
All cutting tools are inspected via optical projector upon arrival. Tools are replaced every 5,000 units -- not when worn -- with detailed tracking logs for full traceability.
Keyway & Component Gauging
Custom inspection gauges are manufactured for each product's keyway, plug, and shell. Signed sample retention ensures cross-order consistency for every client.
100% Finished Product Inspection
Every finished cylinder undergoes complete functional testing. Assembly trial-fits, interoperability checks, and final inspection reports are generated before shipment.
Our 10-member dedicated QC team implements a rigorous multi-stage inspection protocol. From incoming material verification through final product testing, every step is documented and traceable to ensure batch-to-batch consistency and reliable performance.
