Dedicated Inspection Gauges

First Article Inspection
Optical projector verification and gauge inspection of the first production piece. Mass production only begins after first article passes all dimensional and functional criteria.
2-Hour Interval Audits
Critical dimensions are re-inspected every 2 hours during production. If any audit fails, the entire 2-hour batch is scrapped and production restarts from standard -- no exceptions.
Component Pre-Inspection
Outsourced components (pins, drivers, etc.) undergo 8% sampling inspection at the supplier before shipment, followed by a second 8% inspection upon arrival at EOSYS -- dual-layer verification.
100% Final Inspection
Every finished unit is individually tested for key operation, interchangeability, and mechanical function. Complete inspection reports with color board references are provided with each shipment.
