Single-Setup Multi-Feature Machining
Each clamping operation machines multiple critical features simultaneously, ensuring relational accuracy between pin holes, keyways, and locking mechanisms.
Pin Holes Before Keyway Broaching
Cylinder plugs are machined with pin holes first, then keyway broaching -- improving both keyway profile and pin hole positional accuracy.
Flat-Bottom Pins & Tight Tolerances
All driver and key pins use flat-bottom profiles for superior pick resistance. Shell-to-plug clearance is held at 0.1mm with no chamfer on pin holes.
Luxury-Grade Surface Treatment
Electroplating follows luxury metal goods standards, delivering premium finish quality that enhances perceived product value for end users.
